Strength Cardio Group Class
Level 1 - This class is great for anyone just getting started, starting over, or those who want to stay consistent. This class has a dedicated strength section followed by a fast paced cardio section. the separation in the two sections of class allows more time for transitions, which is great if you need to learn the exercise, need modifications, or are just not a fan of higher intensity formats.
Level 2 - This class is a great total body workout that combines strength exercises with a fast pace and format that gets your heart rate up so you gain the benefits of both strength and cardio in a fun class setting. This class uses a combination of body weight, dumbbells and bands throughout the workout.
Level 3 - This class follows the same face paced higher intensity format of level 2 but instead of only using dumbbells and bands we transition to using more equipment like bars, cables, the smith machine, etc. This is great for anyone who loves level 2 and are interested in incorporating different types of equipment you might otherwise not get the chance to try out.

The Monthly Health Coaching will help you achieve all your health goals as well as discover some new ones. Together we will take a holistic view on you and your life to make sure that you graduate the program as the best you possible. The benefit of this is that you not only get continuous support that allows you to create change but it happens without feeling like your life is turning upside down.
Taking it month by month allows you to get what you need out of your program while also not putting extra burden on your wallet. This allows you get the support you need without the stress finances and long term commitment.

Online Personal Training
This is perfect if you want help with your training but just don’t have the time to do in-person sessions.I have three different types of online programs to fit your goals
Strength based program - This program is great for those who have access to a gym. it uses a combination of equipment and machines to help you look and feel stronger.
Strength Cardio program - This program has a combination of lifting workouts and cardio circuit workouts so you can have the best of both worlds. This is ideal for those who need quick and efficient workouts at home with minimal equipment.
Running programs - if you have ever considered running a 5k, 10k, Half, or Marathon but don’t know where to start then this is the program for you! not only will you train to run the race of your choice but you will have strength workouts to help keep you injury free.
Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga - This class is a relaxing and slow session that allows you to work through any muscle tension or tightness you may have gotten throughout the day. This is Ideal for anyone who needs a little relaxation in their life. no experience or flexibility needed to start.
Total Body Stretch - This class is a quick stretch session. Get back to basics and improve your fitness routine with this quick total body stretch. There is no fancy moves just relief from muscle tension and soreness, especially after your cardio strength class!
